RIFLE TRAINING COURSES

INTRO TO AR / CARBINE

This course is designed to students who are brand new or newer to the AR platform.

Course consists of classroom and range instruction. Students will be provided training in AR operation and fundamentals, cleaning and maintenance, zeroing, malfunctions and more.

Students will need a rifle (AR platform; magazine; cleaning kit; eye and ear protection and 200 rounds of factory ammunition.

RIFLE II

This course is designed for shooters who have a Basic to Intermediate level Shooting ability. If you have attended a Basic AR course, or can safely operate your firearm without assistance, this class is for you.

This class focuses on developing a shooters basic fundamentals, and introduces the next steps. Drills consist of fundamental development, target transitioning, Reloading, Introduction to movement and more.

1:9 Tactical maintains smaller class sizes to ensure all students get focused, firearm instruction, that they need. Drills and training will be adjusted to fit the needs of the attendees.

Shooters will need a pistol, 300 rounds of factory ammunition, eye and ear protection. A sling is not required, but is recommended.

LEVEL: NOVICE - ADVANCED

TACTICAL 2 GUN

THIS TRAINING COURSE IS DESIGNED TO GIVE SHOOTERS / STUDENTS AN OPPORTUNITY TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS AND FUNDAMENTALS WITH BOTH PISTOL AND RIFLE. THIS COURSE WILL FOCUS ON TRAINING WITH BOTH WEAPONS WHILE FOCUSING ON SAFETY, DEFENSIVE SHOOTING AND TACTICAL DEVELOPMENT.

DRILLS CONSIST OF WEAPON TRANSITION DRILLS; TARGET TRANSITIONING; RELOADING; WEAPON MALFUNCTIONS; TACTICAL MOVEMENT; ROOM CLEARING TECHNIQUES AND MORE.

THIS COURSE IS RECOMMENDED FOR INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED SHOOTERS. THIS IS NOT A BASIC COURSE. IF YOU HAVE NEVER SHOT BOTH RIFLE AND PISTOL TOGETHER, THAT IS FINE. BUT YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SAFELY OPERATE A PISTOL AND RIFLE INDIVIDUALLY AND EFFECTIVELY.

STUDENTS WILL NEED AN AR STYLE RIFLE W/ SLING; PISTOL W/ AT LEAST 2 (PREFER 3) MAGS; 300 ROUNDS OF PISTOL AMMO; 300 ROUNDS OF RIFLE AMMO; EYE AND EAR PROTECTION; AND A SAFE PISTOL HOLSTER.
