MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS
LEAD INSTRUCTOR / OWNER: DAN GASKIN
Dan started his career in Law Enforcement in 2004 in Central Florida. He served in Law Enforcement until 2022. During his career, he spent the majority of his time working gangs and narcotics and was a member of the SWAT team. Dan spent over a decade as an instructor in Florida Law Enforcement academies and served as a Law Enforcement Training Coordinator for a private entity, providing training to Law Enforcement all over the country.
Dan has always had a passion for teaching others. He has taught hundred of civilians and Law Enforcement officers nationwide and looks forward to teaching hundreds more.
Dan is certified as a firearms instructor through the NRA; Florida Dept. Of Law Enforcement; Maryland State Police; IALEFI; Pennsylvania State Police. He is also a Certified NRA RSO; De-Escalation of Force Instruction; and Certified Active Shooter Instructor.
PISTOL/RIFLE INSTRUCTOR: JESSE MOE
Jesse is an expert marksman and has spent years developing his shooting skills. He has fine tuned his fundamentals with years of training and competition shooting.
Jesse serves as an RSO and Instructor in several of our advanced courses to include stress pistol; Tactical 2 Gun; and many others.
FIREARMS / MEDICAL INSTRUCTOR: STEVE ROTZ
Steve began shooting as a young child, and has an extreme passion for firearms. Steve loves shooting, range camaraderie and just talking firearms. He is an experienced competition shooter, Certified Pistol Instructor, Range Safety Officer, Glock Armorer and a Stop the Bleed Instructor. Steve has a huge interest in "all things pistol", Situational Awareness, dry fire, reloading and more. He is a wealth of knowledge in the world of firearms and safety.
Steve is also a registered nurse with over 25 years of experience, 10 of which were spent in the trauma/ER arena.
On a more personal note, Steve is married to his high school sweetheart since 1989. She is the love of his life and #1 supporter.

PISTOL / SHOTGUN INSTRUCTOR: CHARLIE LAMBERT
Charlie is an avid sport shooter and outdoorsman who loves shooting and learning the inner workings of firearms. He has years of experience training, shooting, collecting and repairing firearms. Charlie has spent several years involved in shooting sports and actively participates in action pistol and shotgun competitions.
Charlie has a patient, adaptive approach to teaching and loves to share his skills and knowledge with others.
Charlie serves as a Range Safety Officer, and instructor for Basic Pistol; Pistol 2; CCW courses and Shotgun Courses.
